Scot Muir - BDS MFGDP RCS Eng MSC. Warwick Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry “Your smile is a statement of who you are!” Scot grew up living in Uddingston on the outskirts of Glasgow. Like many kids he spent a lot of his out of school playing sport and studying. Since graduating from the University of Glasgow at the age of 23 in the mid-nineties, he has spent the majority of his working time developing a career in implantology and smile design. This has involved graduating from the Royal College of Surgeons in England and completing his Masters Degree in Implantology at Warwick University. As a Bright confident smile creates a tremendous impact, Scot’s uncompromising goal is to deliver to his patients a smile that inspires those around you. But it is not all about work Scot balances his life spending time with his wife Yvonne and his three children Adrienne, Alicia and Amelia.	Nikki Cowan - BDS Following completion of an honours degree in Anatomy in 2003 Nikki went on to gain her BDS degree from the University of Glasgow in 2007. She has worked at loveyoursmile in Prestwick since then as a general practitioner and has recently returned to work with us part-time after becoming a new mum. Nikki carries out a variety of treatment under the NHS and Private sectors and is particularly interested in treating nervous patients. She prides herself in making anxious patients feel relaxed and at ease in the surgery and maintains high clinical standards at all times. I her spare time she enjoys going to concerts and cinema and spending time with her family.
Ross Simpson - BDS Ross qualified from the University of Glasgow in July 2006. Having spent a year in general dental practice in Glasgow Ross moved to loveyoursmile in Prestwick in August 2007. Ross enjoys all aspects of dentistry. Ross has a keen interest in crown and bridgework and the placement of both coloured restorations. Ross’s hobbies include Golf, Tennis  Football and Music.	Robert McBride - BDS Robert was born in Ballymena Co Antrim and studied biochemical Sciences at the University of Ulster before embarking upon his dental degree at University of Dundee and graduated in 2007. Robert enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with particular interests in fixed and removable prosthodontics and periodontology. Out with the practice Robert enjoys playing golf and sailing.
Jennifer McCall - BDS Jennifer completed her bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1999 at Glasgow University. After graduation Jennifer worked in a mixed private/NHS practice in Devon before returning to Scotland in 2000. She worked in general dental practices in West Dunbartonshire and Glasgow practicing private and NHS dentistry prior to joining loveyoursmile in 2003. I 2006 Jennifer under took an 18 month clinical attachment in the Oral Surgery department at Crosshouse Hospital in Ayrshire where she gained valuable expertise in oral surgery especially the removal of wisdom teeth. In 2006 Jennifer also commenced study at the Postgraduate Dental Institute of the University of Edinburgh for an MSc in restorative based Primary Dental Care. She has currently reached Diploma level in this which has included the study of smile design and crown and bridge work, and hopes to complete the programme in the near future. Whilst practicing at loveyoursmile  Jennifer has provided general dental services to her patients both privately and NHS as well as cosmetic treatments such as a tooth whitening and replacing metal fillings with white fillings.	Donald Morrison – BDS Dip.Clin.Hyp.2005 UCL  Originally educated at the University of Dundee, Donald has spent the bulk of his professional career in London providing high quality private and NHS dentistry on Oxford Street and the surrounding area. He received his diploma in Hypnosis applied to Dentistry in 2005 from the University College London which he uses for patient anxiety management and enhanced patient experience. As one of the senior members of the implant team, Donald has a special interest in the placement of dental implants that improve patient’s aesthetics as well as overall comfort. He is especially interested in cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics, combining advances in cosmetic and surgical dental techniques with the use of Botox and non surgical facial rejuvenation techniques. When he gets time, Donald enjoys music and the performing arts, both watching and taking part. He plays squash for a local team and has been known to run, swim and cycle on occasion. However, the majority of his spare time is enjoyed with his young and growing family.
Peter Byrne BDS Peter qualified from Glasgow Dental School, gaining a distinction in his final year. After working in Glasgow for several years he joined the team at Love Your Smile in 2007 to pursue his interest in aesthetic dentistry and complex implant rehabilitations. As one of the senior members of the implant team, he focuses on complex full mouth rehabilitations, involving implants and cosmetic dentistry using metal free restorations. He is currently studying for his Masters degree in aesthetic implantology. Furthermore, Peter uses the very latest technology and techniques, including surgical magnification, for his interest in endodontics and thus enjoys treating the more complex cases. He is also fully qualified to provide facial rejuvenation treatments having trained with experts in the field. Peter's philosophy as a dentist is to treat patients as you would expect to be treated yourself, employing a gentle and friendly approach. Outside of dentistry, Peter enjoys golf, cycling and runnin
